Abby- Hygienist

Abby is one of our passionate Dental Hygienists that has been committed to Bitterroot Dental since July of 2023. She was born in Helena Montana, and fell in love with Missoula while attending the University of Montana for her prerequisites. Abby later attended Great Falls College to finish off her schooling. Abby is committed to providing exceptional oral health care services in order to improve patients oral health. In her free time, she loves spending time out doors, baking, reading, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

Kelsey-Hygienist

Kelsey is one of our dedicated Dental Hygienist who joined our team in Jan 2023. She earned her degree from Concorde Career College in Kansas where she graduated in 2021. After practicing in Kansas for a year, she made the move to Montana to continue her career in patient-centered care. Kelsey is passionate about helping individuals maintain healthy smiles through preventative care, and personalized hygiene plans. She values building trust with patients and making each visit enjoyable. Outside of the office, she enjoys going hiking with her chocolate lab, reading in her hammock, and watching Gilmore Girls.

Rashelle- Dental Assistant

Rashelle is one of our dedicated Dental Assistants, known for her compassionate care and attention to detail. She has had a passion for dentistry since was a little girl watching her dad get dental work done. She enjoys helping others, making people smile, creating a good patient experience, and creating your dental appliances. Rashelle has extended her knowledge with a phlebotomy certification and soon plans to extend further with her assistant certification to better assist you! Outside of work, she enjoys a fulfilling home life with her fiancé and three beloved dogs. Rashelle also enjoys hunting and is very family driven!

Emily- Dental Assistant

Emily is one of our passionate Dental Assistant with 10 years of experience. She enjoys helping patients rediscover joy in their oral health. As a caring professional, she strives to comfort each person, guide them through their treatments, and celebrate their transformations. Outside of the office, she is a proud mom of her two kids, Natalie and Bennett. She balances her outgoing spirit with the love and energy that family life brings.

Miranda- Dental Assistant

Miranda is one of our passionate Dental Assistant with 9 years of experience. Miranda joined our team in Nov. 2025. She grew up in Livingston Montana. Miranda met her husband in Oct. 2022, and shortly after moved to Missoula. Miranda is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and enjoys making patients feel more comfortable in their smile. While not working, she can be found with her husband and their kids, watching the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks play. When she is not watching the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks play, you can find her at the Washington Coast, soaking in the sea salt air, with family.

Melisa- Treatment Plan Coordinator

Melisa is our Treatment Plan Coordinator. She makes the stress of financials, not so stressful. Melisa entered the dental field in New Jersey in 1996, where she continued to work as an office manager and gained orthodontic knowledge. She moved back to Montana in 2023, where she interviewed with Dr. Duke. Melisa is originally from Belt Montana. Melisa’s greatest accomplishments is starting a family, buying a house, and having the privilege of being a mother to her beautiful daughter.

 Relinda- Insurance Coordinator

Relinda is our insurance coordinator. Relinda re-entered the workforce 7 years ago as a dental receptionist after homeschooling her son for 12 years. Happily, she has overcome her fear of dentists after several childhood encounters. She currently oversees all insurance payments and submissions as well as patient accounts. Relinda lives with her husband and son. She has lived in Missoula for 34 years. She is active in her church, loves camping, scrapbooking, and cooking.

Susan- Scheduling Coordinator

Susan is our scheduling coordinator. She is a proud graduate of Confederated Salish and Kootenai College of Pablo, MT, class of 2008. She is passionate about helping people, no matter the industry, and is committed to the positive experience of the people she helps in the office. When she is not in the office, she is busy being a grandma, mom, and wife. Susan enjoys creating jewelry, camping, fishing, boating, relaxing with her cat while watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
